Knoxville Youth Athletics Plateau Distance Camp gives aspiring distance runners an opportunity to learn from the best while running in a team atmosphere. Practice / instructional sessions will emphasize running mechanics, drills and stretching techniques to help improve running efficiency. The results speak for themselves:
