NXN Regional Championships

Local athletes training in the KTC Post-Season Program competed as a team in the NXN Southeast Regional Championships in Cary, NC.  13 athletes running as the Hardin Valley Cross Club stepped to the line with many running season bests and maintaining high finishes. On the boys side, Aaron Templeton led the group finishing 24^th in 15:49 followed closely by his brother Will placing 34^th in 15:56. Steven Spidell, Daniel Sonnenfeldt, Erik Hancock, Wes Banker and Ted Raymond also contributed as they placed 21^st in a tough region with all the best teams in 12 states. On the girl’s side, Hannah Feiten led the way for HVXC finishing 21^st running 18:35. Alexis Hewitt placed 95^th in 20:42 followed by Kyla Pelletier, Alexandra Christopoulos, Karlie Yinger, and Brittany Waggoner leading the team to a 15^th place finish.  Both teams return many from this group and look to improve on their finish next year!
