10/9/11 - Chattanooga & Lafayette, TN - The RUN for STATE has begun !  Two Regional Qualifiers for the Tennessee State Middle School Cross Country Championships took place yesterday as the top 5 girls and boys teams and the top 25 individuals at each regional punched their tickets to State.  Brentwood MS swept team honors at the Mid-State Regional (Lafayett, TN) while St Jude (girls) and Cookeville MS (boys) split top team honors at the Chattanooga Regional.  Regional action continues this week with the Knoxville Regional (10/11) and the Tri-Cities (10/15), West (10/15 Regional wrapping up the RUN to STATE.  For complete results and listing of Team and Individual Qualifiers please visit the
