7/9/11 - Knoxville, TN - Matt Sonnenfeldt (5:07.97) and Rebecca Stover (6:56.29) captured and defended thier 2010 titles in the 2011 edition of the New Balance East Tennessee Chocolate Milk Mile.  Stover knocked off a whopping 20 seconds from her 2010 time while Sonnenfeldt was far off his 2010 standard of 4:50.01 which still ranks as # 3 all time in the world rankings.  Fun was had by all with proceeds going to the Markie Voyles Adopt-A-Kid Program.  Click for RESULTS
