In its 14th year the KTC AAU-USATF-Footlocker Cross Country program is a six week endurance athletics program for boys and girls 10-18. The program gives young athletes an opportunity to experience competitive cross country running, and to give middle school and high school athletes a chance to extend their cross country season against national competition.
- How to Qualify for the Team: There are no qualifying standards for cross country. All who wish to are welcomed to participate!
How to Register for the Team: The preferred method for registering is on-line at http://www.coacho.com/event/entry/tn_ktc. Online registration will close 10/31/07. High School Runners who have qualified for the State CC Championships must register in advance or at a practice site no later than 11/5/07
Program Fees: $50. In addition to program fees, each athlete is also responsible for his or her meet entry fees and travel fees.
Practice Locations: Farragut Middle School, West Valley Middle School, Victor Ashe Park, Maryville Middle School, Oak Ridge High School, and Panther Creek State Park (Morristown.)
