For over 40 years the Knoxville Track Club has given area track and field athletes an opportunity to take their track and field skills to the next level.  The Youth Track and Field Competitive Team exists to give our area’s most talented young athletes expert instruction, and a chance to compete against the nation’s best in either AAU or USATF Competition. The results speak for themselves:

OFF-SEASON CONDITIONING PROGRAMS

As the area's leader in post season competitive programs for Cross Country / Indoor Track and Field / Outdoor Track and Field for over 40 years, the Knoxville Track Club will offer a set of unique Off-Season Conditioning programs for athletes involved in track and fields technical events.  If you are interested in getting additional help in your event specialty or would just like a leg up on the upcomming season than these programs are made for you.

Sessions to include

  • Sprint - Endurance Training
  • Plyometrics
  • Power and Explosion
  • Running Mechanics - Drills
